A Los Angeles woman was fined right after she was caught putting on Google Glass while guiding the wheel.

Cecilia Abadie was stopped by an officer while in San Diego, California who issued a ticket for “driving with monitor visable to driver (Google Glass).”

The machine allegedly violated California’s Motor vehicle Code Area 27602 which states a person cannot drive while having a online video monitor noticeable to themselves. Having said that, exceptions to the regulation include the usage of a GPS or monitoring equipment, by which Google Glass can be incorporated.
